Doctor John Bradley decided to throw in a free Porsche with his three-bedroom Milford on Sea house after it had been on the market for four months with no sign of a sale!
Mr Bradley is quoted as saying, "I would hope the offer of a free Porsche would be a great selling point. The car is thrown in if the house sells at or very near to the asking price."
The silver Boxster is worth around £20,000 so you would think it will go some way towards clinching a deal!
If all goes well, maybe we'll be hearing from Dr Bradley very soon when he finds himself suddenly needing to lease a Porsche!
