The Audi R8 has triumphed at the World Car of the Year awards, coming first in both the Design and Performance Car categories. There were few people surprised by the victory, as the lease Audi R8 market continues to grow with the huge popularity of this superb car.
Johan de Nysschen, of Audi, said, "This award is recognition for the superb work done by the engineers and designers who worked on the Audi R8. It has immediately taken up a leadership position in the super sports car segment."
